We came here every morning for breakfast during our stay in downtown Dallas. They open early and can get quite busy. They have a wide variety of bagels and ingredients. My favourite was the Supernova Lox & Bagel which had a generous serving of smoked salmon. It's more of a take out business although they do have outdoor seating and tables. The setting across from the eye and amongst the trees in a pedestrian lane is really nice. I already miss this place!

Really great bagels with traditional smears and few unique. Not a lot of protein choices and they focus on the bagels themselves. Nice exterior with a fluffy middle. The cucumber bagel was refreshing and the pretzel bagel was a solid choice. Great spot in downtown Dallas!

This quaint stand sells bagels and coffee. I saw a bunch of hype about them winning best bagel at bagel fest so I decided to try. I live in Queens NYC but was visiting downtown dallas so I may have higher expectations than most. I found the service to be friendly. The setting was cute being near the big eyeball. The bagel was mid. It didn’t have enough chew or knock for my liking. The lox was spongey and overly fishy- I think maybe it was frozen and not slacked out properly. IMO Cindi’s has better bagels.

Absolutely amazing experience! The salmon and caper bagel was outstanding, and their custom schmear recommendation easily beat New York bagels. Massive shoutout to Niki who took my order—she is such a sweetheart and her wonderful hospitality made the food taste even better. If you're looking for top-tier bagels and the best vibes, this is the place!

I'll be dreaming about these bagels until my next time in Dallas. I was strolling around the area and came across Starship Bagel, located by the big eyeball in Dallas, you can't miss it. I kept noticing how it got so much traction from people on their breaks/also strolling the area, and I decided to give their egg bagels a try. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how delicious my toasted bagel was. I order the egg bagel with scallions cream cheese and it was perfect. I was delighted by every bite, so much so, that my coworker and I ran back before they closed so she could order the same thing. I'm not from the Dallas area, so I ordered 10 bagels to go and the owner graciously threw in more bagels for me to try and share with my coworker. Thank you so much to the Starship bagel team. Excellent customer service! I can't wait to come back to Dallas just to be reunited with these bagels. Perfectly toasted, they had a nice bite, delicious flavor that reminded of the bagels I used to buy as a kid in Brooklyn. Starship is also located in a perfect area where you can sit and bask in the perfect atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and try their eggything bage
